Under the leadership of Umberto’s sons, Stefano and Marcello, the tradition of technological excellence continued, earning Scapin numerous design awards. All mechanical components were disassembled, cleaned by hand, and subjected to a final deep cleaning in an ultrasonic bath to remove even the smallest deposits without residue. Subsequently, all moving parts were professionally serviced, treated with fresh grease, and reassembled with perfectly adjusted bearings. The original red paintwork and golden details were carefully refurbished. Minor paint chips were delicately touched up to ensure both aesthetic consistency and the long-term preservation of the frame. Finally, the paint was protected with a high-quality hard wax sealant for a lasting shine.
