Every bicycle is carefully cushioned and protected inside a sturdy bike box to prevent any damage during transport.

Thanks to this method, your bike arrives almost fully assembled. In most cases, you’ll only need to mount the saddle and adjust the handlebar into the right position – everything else is already prepared.

Upon delivery, kindly inspect your package. Should you notice any damage from transport, report it immediately to the delivery driver for proper documentation.
